EchoMail Reporting is a web-based platform for creating standard or custom reports from E-Mail communications and customer information in real-time. This technology provides one-dimensional and two-dimensional reports based on various data elements and EchoMail attributes. An executive summary report can also be generated containing various 1-D and 2-D reports. Other reports available include:

- Service Level Report
- Aging Report
- Status Report
- Accuracy Report
- User Statistics
In addition, EchoMail has a powerful Data Warehousing module that comes with standard pre-developed reports. This module also allows users to generate and store complex custom reports across all available data (Inbound and Outbound) that can be accessed at any time.
