EchoMail's process development includes creating and delivering interactive training sessions. Since 1994, EchoMail has conducted some of the finest training sessions in Response Management at MIT.
EchoMail offers onsite training, remote classroom training, and "train the trainer" training. EchoMail also offers web-based and computer-based training programs as well.
EchoMail has developed a series of courses designed for all applications, Customer Care levels, Direct Marketing and subject matter which includes usage, trouble-shooting, and user administrative functions. EchoMail offers specialized classes for all user levels: Agent, Supervisor, Administrator, Manager, and Technical. In addition, EchoMail conducts seminars & workshops for clients.
