e-mail management and solution support. Under the terms of the Agreements, Unilever, Gateway, Sprint, Fidelity and Entertainment
Media Services, Inc will use GII's EchoMail solution suite to intelligently communicate with their customers.
EchoMail, General Interactive's unified intelligent messaging solution, will be used to receive, manage, route, respond and
track inbound and outbound e-mail. This will enable Businesses to reduce processing time when tracking and responding to e-mail
received from their customers. EchoMail’s direct mail capability will also be used to launch e-mail campaigns and surveys to better
understand the needs of the marketplace.
