DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY


 
Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Description: The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will perform a variety of administrative and reception duties. In this dual role, you will work with all areas to support the EchoMail team, and serve as the front-line representative for EchoMail clients.
 
Requirements: The successful applicant should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Possess strong oral communications skills, the ability to respond to varied requests and perform several duties at the same time. Post high school specialized office procedure training is desirable. Sufficient education, training and/or work experience to demonstrate possession of the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

Reception/Office:
  • Answer telephone courteously and helpfully, and attend to all incoming calls.
  • Greet all visitors in a polite manner.
  • Distribute daily mail throughout the office including packages from UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.
  • Prepare and send mail, overnight packages when needed.
  • Maintain inventory and budget of basic office supplies.
  • Maintain smooth operation of fax machine, distributing faxes to recipients in a timely manner.
  • Inspect and maintain general cleanliness of the office·
  • Operate proficiently a variety of office equipment including computer, telephone, fax machine, postage machine, calculator, and copier.
  • Run errands for CEO, CAO and other senior managers.
Administrative:
  • Assist with maintaining Time Tracking and Attendance records, submitting weekly to Accounting.
  • Provide administrative support for employee benefits. (Knowledge of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and COBRA Enrollment helpful.)
  • Create purchase requests and maintain purchasing record system.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information handled and become privy to.
Marketing and Communications:
  • Assist Marketing department in maintaining current supply of press kits and other collateral documents as requested·
  • Assist Marketing personnel in Internet research collecting and disseminating relevant information and links as requested.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing department for executive conferences, seminars, client visits, and other events as requested.
General:
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization.
 
Application Developer

Description: Serve as technical member on development projects, which require system analysis, design, implementation and problem solving using a wide variety of computing hardware, operating systems and languages including Lotus Notes/Domino, Unix, C, C++, HTML, Java, and Oracle. Includes Internet/worldwide web design, interactive rich e-mail campaigns and implementation strategies in common gateway interface (CGI) scripts. Requires applications programming and user support in multiple industries including electronic commerce, high technology, financial services, retail, entertainment and engineering.
Requirements:
  • 1 - 3 years with Unix.
  • Working knowledge Lotus/Domino or VB, C, C++, HTML, Java, Oracle.
  • Certified Lotus Professional (CLP) with developer certification preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • BS/EE or CS
  • People without experience but with outstanding academic score and excellent programming knowledge on Unix may also qualify for this posting
 
Senior Application Developer

SALES AND MARKETING


 
Product Consultant

Description: Execute projects in a cost effective and timely manner. Invoice customers on time and collect receivables in a timely manner. Identify larger business opportunities within the assigned accounts and support Business Development team to develop them.

A product consultant's main activity is to service the assigned prospect or customer. Focus will be on executing projects to the satisfaction of the customer with the aim of obtaining additional revenue from long-term contracts. Projects should be completed within the set time frame and using minimal resources.

Product consultant should be strict in developing and following processes to execute their responsibilities in an efficient manner. Processes include development, communication and execution of project plan, tracking of internal and external deliverables, conducting regular status meetings, exchange of documents including weekly Key Performance Indicator reports, meeting notes, campaign reports and monthly billing statements & invoices, execution of master agreements, Schedules and statements of work, collection of payments (or purchase order numbers) per the agreed terms.

Execute projects flawlessly. Constantly remind yourself about the responsibility that you have to the company, the project and the customer. Do whatever is required to keep the customer satisfied while adhering to the policies and procedures of EchoMail and safeguarding the interest of EchoMail. If you are working on a pilot, serve the customer to the extent that they become interested in signing a minimum one-year contract. If you are working with customer that has an existing contract, retain the customer and identify additional business growth opportunities for EchoMail.

Ensure that work time is utilized to the maximum extend for customer projects and it is billable. At a minimum, 50% of the work time in any given month should be spent on tasks that are billable to assigned customers.

Track all resources utilized by each customer including your time, time spent by creative, engineering, hosting and other resources for billing purposes. Track usage of billable items including e-mail licenses, data storage, service levels, rental on infrastructure (e.g. data center cages, dedicated network connection etc.) and service requests like e-mail append and network resources (e.g. intrusion detection, firewall etc). Make sure ALL regular and excess usages are billed to the customer on a regular (monthly at minimum) basis. Make sure that the customer is alerted when the utilization is at 90% and the usage is likely to go beyond the purchased/agreed volume.

Ensure that all usage of resources is invoiced to the customer in a regular timely manner.

Keep focus on the end goal of developing additional business opportunities. Utilize the relationship developed with the customer contacts to identify opportunities. Support business development and/or senior management team in the process.

Identify and obtain documentation on customer's satisfaction with the products and services of EchoMail. Obtain testimonials from customers. Track other customer deliverables like prospect referrals, press referrals, case study, press release, participation in seminars and meetings and provide updates to EchoMail communications team and business development team on the availability of your customers in the above areas.
 
Sales Executive - New Business/Existing Business

Description: Our Sales Executive will generate leads, initiate client relationships, as well as, manage accounts. Utilize your 4-6 years of direct sales/marketing experience with 1st tier clients to sell our enabling technology. Work to meet and exceed established revenue goals. Build strategic partnerships for Internet Relationship Marketing and Customer Service initiatives. Base plus commission.
Requirements:
  • Preferred background includes agency and/or direct mail experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills and solid telephone sales skills.
  • Professionalism, self-motivation, confidence and accountability are a must.
 
Systems Deployment Manager

Description: You will be the primary interface among relationship management, production staff and clients while managing internet development projects for our Fortune 500 clients. Work with project teams including account managers, developers, programmers, business partners and clients to develop functional specifications, project plans and delivery timelines. Manage clients' expectations and "scope creep" during all project stages.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of successful technical/project management, ideally in an enterprise software environment (e.g., SAP/Peoplesoft).
  • Familiarity with a variety of hardware, operating systems and languages including Lotus Notes/Domino, C, C++, HTML, Java would be helpful.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities, superior organizational skills, demonstrated sense of initiative, follow through and teamwork are essential.
  • BA/BS degree in a technical discipline preferred.
 
Technical Project Manager

Description: Manage Internet development projects and customer service projects for Fortune 500 clients. Serve as primary interface among relationship management, production staff and client. Work with project teams including account services representatives, developers, programmers, business partners and existing clients to develop functional specifications, creative briefs, architectural specifications, budgets, project plans and timelines. Collect project assets from appropriate sources. Manage clients' expectations and "scope creep" during all billable project stages pre- and post-installation. Provide client technical support and training as necessary. Work with producers and technical services representative to review projects for accuracy, detail and adherence to project specifications. Report weekly project status to Management and appropriate client(s).
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of successful account management, ideally in an enterprise software environment (e.g., SAP/Peoplesoft).
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, sense of initiative and follow through.
  • Working knowledge on the Internet
  • BA/BS degree
