EchoMail, Inc., pioneers in the E-Mail Management industry today announced that Gartner rated the company as "Positive" in its report MarketScope: E-Mail Response Management Systems, 1H04, released by Analyst Esteban Kolsky, March 1, 2004.
Evaluation criteria for Gartner's MarketScope research, which reviewed players in the E-mail management space, focused on seven primary areas: Basic ERMS; Advanced ERMS; ability to Leverage established Business Rules, Workflow Management; Knowledge and Content Management, implementing an automated e-mail management through auto-suggest and auto-response, and Expandability and Scalability; and Integration and Open Architecture.
EchoMail CEO V.A. Shiva commented, "We are very pleased to receive a Positive rating, we see this as a validation of our ongoing strength in the E-Mail Management space. Gartner's evaluation criteria encompasses the multiple requirements and processes that are essential for good business practices and customer relationship. EchoMail through its holistic approach to E-Mail Management and patented technology (U.S. Patent 6,668,281) has grown through its commitment to quality, innovation and best possible client services."
Gartner EMRS MarketScope identifies only seven vendors as having the greatest momentum and highest profiles of all the EMRS vendors. Gartner Analyst, Kolsky, noting that while there are more vendors - those offering RM, customer service and e-service suites as well as E-Mail-none of them view E-Mail as a strategic solution for them, and therefore are excluded in the final analysis. "…EchoMail provides incoming and outgoing services and it has a list of very satisfied clients. It performs basic and advanced functions with a flexible system that can be used as a Web service by its clients…" writes Esteban Kolsky in his analysis, published as part of the MarketScope: E-Mail Response Management Systems, 1H04.
V.A. Shiva continued, "Businesses across all verticals now recognize the role that E-Mail has in managing customer relations, that timely delivery, prompt responses and professionalism are integral to their success in an ever-increasing competitive marketplace. We are proud to be recognized for our commitment to our clients and the continued excellence in customer relationships."
