CAMBRIDGE, MA - July 3, 2001 -
EchoMail, the established provider of E-Mail Relationship Management solutions, today debuted Dr.
E-Mail Rx, a web-based offering where Dr. E-Mail answers questions regarding a variety of E-Mail ills.
EchoMail is offering Dr. E-Mail Rx as a forum for exchange. With this new service, individuals and
organizations can submit their questions or concerns. Initially answers will be posted once a month on
the EchoMail web site, but possibly more frequently depending on the response level.
"E-Mail is still a new technology for many people, so people are not using E-Mail to its fullest
potential," said V.A. Shiva, President and CEO of EchoMail, Inc. "Dr. E-Mail Rx will enable groups
and individuals to better understand what E-Mail is capable of doing. With improved understanding
of the power of E-Mail, companies will be able to better utilize this tool for a variety of marketing
and service functions."
Issue 1 of Dr. E-Mail Rx, scheduled for June 15, 2001, presents some of the problems inherent in
dichotomy of large corporate strategies in the face of the individual stores or franchises.
