by TELUS Corporation to manage their customer communications. EchoMail will empower TELUS Corporation's customer relationship
management initiative by managing their online customer service.
EchoMail's capabilities matched TELUS Corporation's comprehensive customer service requirements. EchoMail
will work with TELUS to develop the TELUS Corporation's online presence and customer relationships.
TELUS will use EchoMail to receive, manage, route, respond and track inbound and outbound e-mail. This
will enable TELUS to reduce processing time when tracking and responding to e-mail received from their
customers.
