Gene Deans
Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Infrastructure
Mr. Deans is responsible for evolving product strategy and enhancing the overall design and efficiency of the EchoMail product suite. He is an important member of the EchoMail team and helps the company grow its business by identifying and recommending technology solutions that improve engineering and data center operations. He is also responsible for the maintenance of EchoMail's world-class hosting infrastructure and ensures the integrity of network connectivity and system level architecture for all EchoMail clients.
Gene is a renowned expert in Large Scale Systems Design (LSSD) and performance tuning, he manages a team of development managers worldwide. Prior to working in EchoMail, Gene worked at Volvo where he was responsible for the entire production IT infrastructure, administration and support. Gene also designed and implemented innovative systems to support 24x7 operations at the IDT Corporation, where he headed technology and infrastructure.
Mr. Deans received his undergraduate degrees from North Carolina A&T State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. His graduate degree is from Rutgers University where he received a Master of Business Administration (Quantitative Studies).
Hariharan Subramanian - GM
Hariharan heads EchoMail's India operations. In his capacity as GM, his role involves overseeing the smooth functioning of the India office.
As GM, he also heads R&D, ensures robustness of EchoMail products and makes a concerted effort in leveraging latest technology to enhance the EchoMail product suite.
Roman Zavolly
Director - Infrastructure & Hosting
As head of Infrastructure and Hosting, Roman is responsible for smooth and efficient 24 x 7 functioning of EchoMail's hardware resources that include high end servers to worldwide computer network. Prior to joining EchoMail, Roman worked at consumer goods major Gilette as workstation/network support engineer from where he grew to a senior posiition demanding full support of the executive sales group stationed at the Boston office.
Prior to Gillette, Mr. Zavolly held various technical and network support engineer positions at Harvard University: Dining Services Group, Object Design Inc. to Massachusetts Turnpike Authority.
